Signpost Surveys specialise in Topographic Surveying and UAS/UAV aerial imagery. Signpost Surveys provide a tailored Farm Mapping and Precision Agriculture Service. Using near infrared imagery Signpost Surveys can produce crop health/stress maps. From these maps variable rate maps are produced which can be consumed by Agri GPS systems and variable rate applicators.
In addition to our Precision Agriculture service Signpost Surveys also provide a Farm Mapping service. Complete farm maps and aerial imagery are produced from a combination of ground and aerial survey. Land parcel areas are accurately measured and areas subdivided into equal area paddocks as required. These maps are then uploaded onto the Framers mobile device via a mobile App. This mobile app gives the Farmer the ability to adjust paddock size using the mobile devices onboard GPS and based on geo location within the our mapping products. Signpost Surveys can also measure and map the health of dairy grassland, using this information within a mobile device allows for targeted strip grazing.
