SEVERAL APPROACHES FOR DETERMINING ET HAVE BEEN PROPOSED IN LITERATURE, BUT THE RELATION BETWEEN HIGH AND LOW SPATIAL RESOLUTION METHODS STILL REMAINS UNRESOLVED IN IRRIGATION STUDIES AND WATER MANAGEMENT PLANNING.
