I am an Associate Professor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University, Türkiye, and currently serve as the Director of the Institute of Science. I hold a PhD in Agricultural Machinery and an MSc and BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with an interdisciplinary background linking engineering and agricultural sciences. My research focuses on artificial intelligence, computer vision, and UAV-based imaging for precision agriculture and agri-food systems. I work on crop monitoring, seed and grain analysis, yield estimation, and non-destructive quality assessment using machine learning and deep learning models. I am particularly interested in collaborative research that connects data, sensing technologies, and AI to support smart, sustainable, and scalable agri-food solutions.
