THE PROPOSAL WILL FOCUS ON THE STUDY OF TWO IMPORTANT DECISIONS OF FOOD CHAIN ACTORS: INNOVATE AND INTERNATIONALIZATION. THE FACTORS THAT AFFECT INNOVATION OPTIONS AND ITS SUCCESSFUL TRANSFER TO DIFFERENT ACTORS (PRODUCERS, INDUSTRY AND CONSUMERS) WILL BE ANALYZED. BEING STUDIED WITH PARTICULAR ATTENTION THE RELEVANCE OF NETWORKS, INTEGRATION AGENTS, AND THE SIZE (ESPECIALLY FOR SMES) ON THIS TRANSFER PROCESS. INTERNATIONALIZATION AND INNOVATION WILL BE STUDIED JOINTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OBJECTIVES SET BY PRODUCERS AND INDUSTRY PLAYERS (COSTS, PRODUCTIVITY, VALUE ADDED, ETC.). THE STUDY OF THESE BUSINESS ACTIVITIES WILL REQUIRE THE INDIVIDUAL ANALYSIS OF THE CAPABILITIES OF THE COMPANY AND THE CONSIDERATION OF THE MODERATING EFFECT OF ENVIRONMENTAL VARIABLES SUCH AS TERRITORY, THE INNOVATIVE POLICY AND ACCESS TO FOREIGN MARKETS IN THE AREA, NETWORKS, ETC. THE SUCCESSFUL AGRIBUSINESS ENTREPRENEURSHIP OR ENTREPRENEURSHIP 'GAZELLES' AND ITS RELATION TO THESE PROCESSES OF INNOVATION AND INTERNATIONALIZATION WILL ALSO BE ANALYZED. ALSO THE PROJECT WILL STUDY IF THEY EXIST SECTORIAL DIFFERENCES BETWEEN MAJOR PRODUCTIONS (CEREALS, VINE AND WINE, VEGETABLES, SHEEP AND CATTLE, OIL, ETC). THE STUDY OF NEW FINANCING OPTIONS BUSINESS ACTIONS AS 'CROWDSOURCING' WILL ALSO HAVE A SPECIAL INTEREST IN THE PROJECT. FINALLY, SPECIAL ATTENTION TO NEW TRENDS IN NEUROMARKETING MODELS WILL BE DEDICATED TO STUDY THE FINAL CUSTOMER IN THE DECISIONS ADOPTING NEW FOOD. AND, ADDITIONALLY WE WILL COLLECT INFORMATION FROM SOCIAL NETWORKS EMPLOYING BIG DATA ANALYSIS TO REVIEW THE IMPACT OF NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN THE FOOD MARKET.
