Facility: The Bavarian State Research Centre for Agriculture provides several fully equipped experimental farms with e.g. permanent grassland, alpine pastures and silage making facilities. The Institute for Agricultural Engineering and Animal Husbandry (ILT) has a workshop for the construction, building and adaption of machinery for applied research applications. There is also a mechatronic workgroup and experience in the field of precision agriculture and precision livestock farming.
