Hema Industry carrying out research and development activities since its foundation in engineering, completed R&D Centre infrastructure work in 2008 and qualified for the R & D Centre Certificate by Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2009 . Within the framework of R & D structure, each with different expertise of researchers working on over 90 personal are employed under the four different management design group industry and automotive sector are being developed in the R&D center. Since 2009, scope of R & D activities have been shifted to the new product projects designed and manufactured the first time in Turkey and the World.
Customer requirements are analyzied by focusing on international technological developments having priority increasing competitiveness. In this context, Projects are being carried out together with global manufacturer of automotive and tractor companies in America and Europe, on the basis of a complete design responsibility and as co-designer.
