I completed my primary, secondary and high school education in Sakarya. I graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Chemistry in English in 2002. I completed my first master's degree from Sakarya University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Public Relations and Advertising. Simultaneously, I studied psychology at the Second Spring Academy, which was established with the cooperation of Boğaziçi University and Harvard University. Then I completed my second master's degree from Sakarya University Environmental Engineering Department within the scope of the Work Experienced Graduate Program. The subject of my thesis is “The Role of Youth in Policies to Combate Climate Change”. I started working in Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality in 2004. I worked as a “Special Waste and Project Specialist” for nine years. I took part in the preparation and execution of energy efficiency, global warming, carbon footprint calculation, smart applications in agriculture, social and technical projects supported by the United Nations, European Union, National Agency, Ministry of Industry and Technology, Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and East Marmara Development Agency. I was invited to national and international platforms as a speaker and shared my experiences. I worked as "EU and Foreign Relations Specialist" in Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality. As the R&D Manager, I coordinated the grant projects and brought many awards to the institution. I served as vice president and executive board member of Sakarya City Council Women's Assembly. I served as an expert in the “Waste Commission” of the Union of Municipalities of Turkey. As a member of the Union of Municipalities of Turkey Project Production Board, I contributed to the preparation of joint projects supported by the EU. I worked as the R&D Manager of Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Strategy Development Department. I worked in local governments for 18 years. I am still working as Project Development Manager at Sakarya University of Applied Sciences Scientific Research Projects Coordinator.
