Doris Läpple is a Lecturer in Agricultural and Food Economics at UCD.
Research expertise: Doris research expertise is in the area of agricultural economics is published in a number of high impact international peer reviewed journals. Her main research interest is in the adoption of new technologies and innovations with a particular interest in behavioural aspects such as social influence and/or explaining spatial correlation using spatial econometric models. Doris has also been involved in a number of projects developing economic models for policy analysis, evaluation of extension programmes and assessing competitiveness and investments in the agricultural sector.
