Adele Finco graduated in 1991 in Agricultural Sciences at Padua University. She has a PhD in Land Use Economics from Padua University. From 2005 she has been a Full Professor (AGR/01) at Università Politecnica delle Marche and PhD course Coordinator in “Sustainable land use in hill and mountain areas". From 2013 she bacame Rector's Delegate. She is Editor in Chief of REA Italian Review of Agricultural Economics since 2014. In April 2015 she was elected President of Cluster Agrifood Marche Region CLAM. Her main fields of research are: Common Agricultural Policy, Agro-environmental policy and rural Policy; Food quality and Food safety Food chain management Alternative Food Networks and Short food Supply Chain Sustainable development and Bionergy Environmental Economics and Evaluation. Fishery and resource economics She has taken part in several national and regional research projects. In particular national research project (PRIN – MIUR and MIPAF) concerning; Fishery Economics and Policy (2001 and 2006); Agro-environmental policy and RDP valuation (2003) and Agroenergy (2007). She collaborates with the research group at the Free University of Amsterdam (Netherlands), Agribusiness of UNIOESTE Paranà (Brazil) and ESALQ - USP Sao Paulo (Brazil) and she is a member of the Italian Society for Agricultural Economics (SIDEA), of the European Association of Agricultural Economists (EAAE), and of International Association of Agricultural Economics IAAE.
