CEO of Fasterholt Maskinfabrik A/S Peter Flö Pedersen The company produces irrigation machines, and is the biggest producer in North Europe. Peter Flö Pedersen holds MSc degrees in biology and sports/athlectics and has a background as sales-director with a longstanding responsibility for marketing and export of the Fasterholt irrigation machines. in 1999 he took over as CEO of Fasterholt and since then the company has developed from a village blacksmith shop to a modern factory with welding robots and other sophisticated equipment, which ensure a rational production process. During the period the turnover has gone up from around 3 to around 10 million Euro a year and the number of employees has more than doubled. The business has been enlarged and made more effectiv along the way. Product developpment has been a constant focus area, and the company has been able to present new products nearly every year during this period. Peter Flö Pedersen has been leading many of the product-development projects and put a lot of efforts into strategic development.
