Overall project manager for the high profile PAVE trade meeting project which consists of 4 matchmaking events for businesses within the water, waste, energy and biomass sectors. Events will take place in Vilnius, Berlin, Wels in Austria and Viborg in 2007 and 2008. The project has a total of 21 European partners. In house project manager of the B2Fair project, another high profile b2b matchmaking project, which consists of 4 matchmaking events in Europe in 2007 and 2008 for the industrial sectors. Management of projects includes planning, development and implementation of a wide range of activities for SME’s as well as the financial management, budgeting and reporting of the projects – both in house and externally for all partners in the consortiums.
