AgroPlanning
Contact by mailAgroPlanning is a spin-off company that emerges as a result of many years of experience in Precision Agriculture (PA) and the integration of ICT in it. Our goal is the development of an online FMIS for planning and control of crop production, including software and hardware aspects, data ownership, data handling, data interpretation and interned use, as well as information preferences to invest and practice in PA. AgroPlanning platform combines expertise on agricultural machinery fleet management and the use of real-time field information (collecting data through crop sensors, humidity, soil compaction, CEa, nutrients, solar radiation, etc.) to assess and treat the variability within the field. We envisage that the future of farming involves linking and interconnecting the large amount of data generated by the set of elements on farms, and transforming it into information that improves crop management. The knowledge extracted from collected data allows the farmer to precisely dose fertilizers and pesticides or the application of water and other inputs via regulation of agricultural machines, and therefore reduces the adverse impacts of agriculture on the environment. AgroPlanning is based on a website that integrates a powerful GIS where stakeholders can show the real-time location of the agricultural vehicle, its routes and tasks history, generate productivity reports, configure alarms and plan tasks based on weather forecasts or sensors located on the field. Everything has been designed as simple as possible and using a friendly interface. As a collaborative application, the system will increase its functionality and will become more powerful as soon as the customer decides to get more involved. For this, AgroPlanning includes a sharing-data tool that allows the users, field or farm owners, to give access to other users and define their permissions according to their roles in the activity. AgroPlanning is constantly striving to offer not only a complete solution in order to easily manage the different agricultural activities, but also a powerful application to detect and improve failures in the production process.
