Work experience Consultant at Macklean september 2016 - Present - Macklean is Sweden's leading food production and ag business consultancy. We offer strategy, analysis and business development services to food manufacturers and retailers, as well as organizations with an interest in agriculture and food production. We are convinced that the food and agriculture sector will play a pivotal role in the transformation towards a more sustainable society and our goal is to contribute to the increased competitiveness of the industry  - Authored a report on Internet of Things in agriculture and how it's changing the dynamics in the food value chain. The report has gotten a lot of attention in the industry and I have undertaken +20 lectures and workshops on the theme. - Driving a project for an organization in translating the IoT-developments to new strategic considerations, developing new fields of business as well as roles and responsibilities. - Part of a team undertaking a detailed status analysis on food production in a Swedish region, as foundation of a new regional food strategy. Project Consultant at Ericsson januari 2016 - juni 2016 (6 månader) - Ericsson is a world leader in the rapidly changing environment of communications technology – providing equipment, software and services to enable transformation through mobility. - Undertook a performance management benchmark study that laid the foundation for an overhaul of Ericsson's ways of working with group level KPI:s. - Developed a quality assessment tool and annual process for assuring quality of group level KPIs. The tool and process has been fully implemented.
