I am a full professor of Animal Nutrition at the University of Udine (Italy). My research main topic is to study the rumen metabolism and microbiome, the nutritional value of ruminant feeds ad diets and to set up feeding strategies to increase rumen efficiency and to reduce environmental pollutants (ammonia and methane). I can conduct experiments with several rumen in vitro apparatus, both continue culture and batch systems.
