Prof. Ciftcioglu is Veterinarian and has deep scientific background on food safety and quality area more than 35 years; besides working many years as an advisor for the industry. He has strong experience on the traceability of animal products both in international (co-supervising EU-JRC projects on traceability) and in national level.
