Polina Kurtser is a postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Applied Autonomous Sensor Systems (AASS), Örebo University. She received her PhD from the department of Industrial Engineering and Management, Ben Gurion University, Israel, specializing in sensing and task planning for harvesting robots. She has a strong background in development of data analysis, task planning and vision algorithms for robotic applications in agricultural and conditions. In the last several years she was involved in several national and EU agricultural robotics projects including SWEEPER and PHENOMICS. In these project she lead major robotic data collections for agricultural data, that were made available to the research and industrial communities.
