Dr. Sofia Papadaki Director and Co-Founder of DIGNITY PRIVATE COMPANY Chemical Engineer with M.Sc. degree in Organization and Management of Industrial Systems with specialization in Energy management and Environmental protection Systems and PhD in the scientific area of integrated processes for holistic biomass valorization. She is the author and co-author of more than 50 papers published in refereed journals and scientific conference proceedings. She has great experience in working on EU funded projects and proposal writing. Moreover, she has worked in international well known research centers such as Wageningen UR in Netherlands (Unit of Food and Biobased Research) and The Russian Academy of Sciences N.M. Emanuel' Institute of Biochemical Physics (Moscow).
