Arzu Saygıner Çil, is graduated from Hacettepe University Department of Chemistry (in English Language) in 2002. She has been studying for a master degree at Sakarya University Faculty of Communication, Department of Public Relations and Advertising since 2015. Also she received an education in the field of psychology in Boğaziçi University in 2015. She is currently doing a master degree in Environmental Engineering. After graduating from Hacettepe University, she worked as “Engagement Manager“ till 2004 in food sector. In 2004, she started to work for Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality, Directorate of Non-Sanitary Enterprises Licenses. Between 2005 and 2014 she worked as “Specific Waste and Project Specialist” at Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality, Department of Environment Protect and Control. Currently, Mrs. Çil is working as European Union and International Relations Specialist at Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality IT Department, Directorate of Research and Development. Currently she is working as R&D Manager at Department of Strategy Development. She also has been working as an expert for Turkish Association of Municipalities “Projects Commission”. She is a member of the board of the Sakarya City Council and , Women and Democracy Association.
