*Dr. Banu AKGÜN, who is a food engineer (Dr.), is working in CRIFFC for 5 years. She graduated from the food engineering department at Middle East Technical University (METU) in 2012. She got her master degree on "Food Technology and Quality Assurance" at the University of Reading in England in 2014. Her area of expertise is the chemical and instrumental analysis of food and feed, especially food contaminants analysis (acrylamide, pesticide). Also, she conducted several research studies and projects on producing more healthy food products. She took part in different international projects like ERASMUS+. In our institution, we have 10 technical departments; namely, Food Additives and Residudes Department​​, HPLC laboratory, Mineral laboratory, Vegetal Products Department, Packaging Department, Animal Originated Foodstuffs Department, Water and Effluent Water Laboratory, Feed and Feedstuff Department, Microbiology Department, Biotechnology Department. We can join your projects related to these topics.
